 [dropcap]I[/dropcap]t is summertime and full or new moons mean the potential for cinder worm hatches and superb night time striped bass fishing. If you live in the Northeast and have salt water creeks nearby, there is a good chance that cinder worms come spilling out on the night time falling tides on the moons in the summer. This little fly is a perfect imitation of the critter and it is easy to tie.
