[dropcap]G[/dropcap]allery 30, an artistic and literary landmark celebrating 36 years, is pleased to welcome Thom Glace for First Friday, November 7th. Thom Glace is a nationally renowned fish and dragonfly watercolor artist from Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. His work is sold in galleries and shops throughout the country, including Gallery 30.

Citing a deep appreciation of nature, especially water, Thom specializes in fish and dragonflies. He favors the Biological Study Format—where the species is shown in detail by itself— but artists such as Georges Seurat have also influenced his work. Over the years, he has created a wonderful network of contacts from all over the world which has allowed him to capture fish and dragonfly in incredible detail. Thom was recently named the Festival Artist of 2014 at the Virginia Fly Fishing Festival-the largest in the country of its kind.

Gallery 30, 26 York Street, Gettysburg, Pennsylvania will welcome Thom Glace on First Friday, November 7th from 5:30-8pm. There will be a wine and cheese reception and Thom will be giving a live demonstration of his painting technique.
