The EP Tarpon Streamer is a Tarpon Fly developed by Enrico Puglisi and has has the perfect profile, sink rate and color combination to fool the pickiest of Tarpon.  The EP Tarpon Streamer is a fairly straight forward and simple fly to tie, and it is also extremely durable.  The two most popular color combinations in the Tarpon Streamer are Black/Purple and Black/Red, but the sky is limit and many other colors are very effective!
