[dropcap]F[/dropcap]irst annual Fly-Fishing Festival celebrating the gorgeous rivers and streams in Bath County, Virginia.  Below is the schedule of events.  To attend an event click on the event link (if required) to get tickets.  Please feel free to email kate@gristmillsquare.com with any questions or if you are interested in becoming a sponsor or vendor.  We are also accepting donations for our Silent Auction benefiting Project Healing Waters

Throughout the Festival there are guided and self-guided fishing opportunities.  Some of the guided fishing requires advance sign up.  We’ve created “events” for each of the private fishing excursions that require “tickets.”

Thursday, May 2

Friday, May 3

All Day Guided or Self-Guided Fishing on Private and Public Rivers

9:00am               Yoga Foundations with Anna Bohacs at The Omni Homestead

10:30am             Intro to Fly-Casting Clinic by Angler’s Lane, Hot Springs, VA

1:00pm               Lunch and Learn, Farm Lunch-Fort Lewis Lodge with Guest Speaker Beau Beasley

1:30pm               Intro to Fly-Casting Clinic by Angler’s Lane, Hot Springs, VA

2:30pm              Goat Cheese Making Demo/Farm Tour at Hidden Valley B&B (6ppl max)

2:00pm               “Bugs and Brews” – Fly Angling and Entomology Presentation at Bacova Beer Company

3:00pm              “Conquering Your Fears of Cooking Fish,” Cooking Demo-The Inn at Warm Springs

5:00pm              “Tie One On”-Fly Tying Demo and Cocktails-Waterwheel Restaurant

Sunday, May 5

11:00am             Farewell Brunch-The Inn at Warm Springs
