IGFA Releases the 2020 World Record Game Fishes Book

DANIA BEACH, FL – The International Game Fish Association (IGFA) recently announced the release of the highly anticipated 2020 World Record Game Fishes book, the world’s most definitive publication of recreational angling records and the organization’s signature membership benefit.

In addition to the comprehensive record listing, the 2020 issue features a wide variety of unique feature articles including one angler’s 17-year quest for the world’s biggest taimen in Catch Me if You Can, discovering an exotic blue water hotspot in Myanmar: A New Blue Marlin Mecca?, learning how to catch big fish from land in Monsters from the Surf and professional tips from prominent record-holders in Chasing World Records.

The 2020 publication also featuresan annual summary detailing the IGFA’s signature programs and initiatives in 2019, as well as valuable information on IGFA member clubs, captains and guides, weigh stations and members-only discount programs designed to help recreational anglers connect with each other and access a wealth of relevant and timely information.

The IGFA World Record Game Fishes is an annual publication and a signature benefit of IGFA Membership. All paying members of the IGFA receive access to the annual publication. All IGFA publications, past and present, are available for online access only through the IGFA’s Digital Membership at $20 per year. The printed version of the annual publication is sent to all current members at the Individual Membership level or higher, which is $50 per year.
