[dropcap]I[/dropcap]f you speak fluent Spanish you are not going to learn more about how to dry a dry fly with a rubber band than me. I do not speak Spanish. This little tidbit is worth every second of your time.

Breathing life back into any soaked dry fly

How many times has that ‘one’ special dry gotten so water-logged that it is no longer able to live up to its billing as a floater? As you will see in this video, a few seconds with a rubber band and you can be the fly God by “twanging.”

More gadgets?

A European tool set can be bought to perform the same function, but who needs to carry more junk harnessed to your vest, or to spend dollars when a penny will get you a year supply of usable rubber bands.

NOTE: UV will rapidly degrade rubber bands, get a new pack every once in a while.
