Sparkle Soft Hackle fly

Most agree on an #8 to #14 with #12 the champ according to Tim Flagler

We like it for its ease of tying and batting average for, especially trout.

It has not proven a desired food source tied as a small tube fly, but I have not given up on it, yet.
