[dropcap]T[/dropcap]here are a lot of UV glues, resins and adhesives out there. I have tried a bunch and some of them work pretty well. Many have a tendency to remain sticky (requiring a topcoat) and contain toxic chemicals. Raidzap, developed by some brainy guys in Denmark, is non-toxic and when properly cured, leaves no sticky residue. This is a premium product that dries hard and dries clear. It is undoubtedly one of the finest resins on the market.

The thin viscosity version penetrates well while the medium version builds volume nicely for heads and bodies on baitfish patterns. Raidzap produces  a thick version and a flexible type as well but those products will have to wait for another review. I have high hopes that they will perform at the level of the first two RZ products I tried.

Finally, Raidzap is well worth your time, money and effort. Give it a try. You will not be disappointed. No tack, low odor, clear hard finish and non-toxic means you can concentrate on creating your masterpiece and not be distracted or waste time.
